• No Custody: VSC does not hold, manage, or have access to users’ private keys, seed phrases, or wallets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your cryptographic credentials.
• No Financial Advice: The Services are provided for technological and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. User Responsibilities

When accessing or using the Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
• Ensure the accuracy of all information you provide.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your wallet and private keys.

• Blockchain Risks: Transactions are irreversible, may involve volatile digital assets, and are subject to network congestion, bugs, or attacks.
• Regulatory Risks: The legal status of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications varies across jurisdictions and may be subject to regulatory changes.
• No Warranty: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VSC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
